2. Use at Your Own Risk The woodworking Plans provided by Charleston Crafted are for informational purposes only. The execution of these Plans requires skill and caution, and you are solely responsible for ensuring that you can safely carry out the Plans. You agree to undertake the construction of the Plans at your own risk.
3. No Liability for Injuries or Damage Charleston Crafted, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates, will not be liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred as a result of the use or inability to use the Plans provided. This includes, but is not limited to, personal injury, death, property damage, and any other losses, whether incurred during the building process or as a result of faults in the final product.
